We strongly encourage you to opt for registered mail. Local postage charges is charged at a flat rate of $2.00 for every order to be shipped locally. This is to reduce the chances of loss packages. There will be no charge for handling, however, do take note of the following methods of shipping & collecting your purchases. Which ever method you choose, please indicate it in the email or else we cannot send it to you.
The Alley is glad to provide 3 methods of shipping to suit your needs.
1. Local Registered mail
There is a flat charge of $2.00 for every order in Singapore. With registered mail, your order can be tracked and orders will not be lost in the mail. This guarantees receipt of your order. Please allow maximum 7 days for shipping, though you should receive your purchase within 2 days after shipment.
2. Normal mail
This method is free, although not encouraged because The Alley will not be held responsible in the event that your purchase should be lost/stolen in the mail. Replacement of lost/stolen items will be entirely left to our discretion. To ensure that your purchase is delivered to you via a secure delivery procedure, please opt for registered mail instead.
